Innova Knits is seeking a full-time Circular Knitting Machine Operator to join our team in Conover, NC. You will operate Lonati sock knitting machines to produce high-quality knit products in a clean, modern manufacturing environment. Experience with Lonati or other circular knitting machines is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities- Operate and monitor Lonati sock knitting machines
- Perform quality inspections throughout production
- Change yarn packages and prepare machines for production
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues
- Keep machines clean and organized
- Work with the production team to meet daily goals
- Mechanical aptitude
- Good attention to detail
- Dependable and punctual
- Manufacturing or textile experience is a plus
- Willingness to learn
- Full-time day shift
