Pay Schedule
Monday–Thursday, 6am–4pm;
Friday, 6am–10am (overtime may be required).
- Tie springs manually using the 8‑way hand tie method.
- Secure components into frames using manual and powered tools.
- Maintain an organized workstation and follow Lean Manufacturing practices.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in 8‑way hand tying.
- Basic math and communication skills.
- Lean Manufacturing knowledge is a plus.
- Must be able to lift materials weighing up to 50lbs and work on your feet.
