Pregis in Conover, NC is seeking a Coater Operator for the Nights shift. The role offers a 2-2-3 schedule with 6PM–6AM start times, overtime as needed, and pay starting at $18–$21 per hour.
Reports to the Shift Supervisor and works with the coating team to ensure quality and safety. This position provides a strong safety culture, opportunities to advance toward higher hourly rates up to $32, and a stable, non-seasonal workload.
