OverviewPosition Type Full Time Job Shift Day
DescriptionThis position is required to apply the final coats of stain, lacquer, and other finishes to the furniture.
Essential Duties- Follows the instructions of the work order for the finish that is required on the product
- Uses a spray gun to apply finish to products
- Takes the finish schedule and color panel and follows the process from start to finish
- Must follow all safety policies and procedures
- All other duties as assigned
Position Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous finishing experience a plus
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling and twisting throughout the day
- Frequent repetitive motions requiring grasping, pushing/pulling and fine hand manipulation
- Frequently reaching at, above, or below shoulder level
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently; rarely up to 75 lbs.
