Leggett & Platt, Inc. in Conover, NC, is seeking a Baler Operator for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 6:00PM-2:30AM). You will bale scrap foam, tie completed bales, and prepare for shipment, with emphasis on safety and housekeeping in the production area.
Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Prior manufacturing experience is helpful.
