$18-$20/hour | Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM

** Manufacturing Associate
** in Conover, NC to support equipment repair, assembly, and shipping operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in manufacturing while gaining hands-on experience in a stable and team-oriented environment.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Perform bead blasting and surface preparation on parts

+ Assist with equipment repairs and assembly projects

+ Paint components and finished equipment

+ Build crates and prepare equipment for shipment

+ Use hand tools to support repair and assembly work

+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

+ Support general shop and production activities as needed

* What We're Looking For:

* + Experience using basic hand tools

+ Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

+ Ability to work independently and follow directions

+ Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

* Physical Requirements:

* + Ability to stand for extended periods

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

+ Comfortable working in a shop/manufacturing setting
