Source Now is hiring Recyclable Material Sorters in Conover, NC! This is a great entry-level opportunity for dependable individuals looking to get started in the recycling and environmental services industry. No previous experience is required—we provide training!

• Sort recyclable materials and waste safely and efficiently
• Identify and separate materials according to established guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Must pass a background check
• No previous experience required - training provided
