Profile Products in Conover, NC is hiring for a Day and Night shift Production Bagger Operator. The role rotates positions on the bagging line, operates the bagger machine, monitors packaging quality, and may forklift load bags after training.
Compensation starts at $16.00 per hour, with progression to $17.60 for Bagger Level 2 and $19.36 for Master Bagger; night shift includes a $1.50 differential. Full-time, manufacturing environment, 6am-6:10pm or 6pm-6:10am with a 2-2-3 schedule.
