Join Kelly as a Utility Associate!
Location: Conover, NC
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
Shift: 7 AM - 7 PM (12-hour shifts, 4 days on/4 days off rotation)

What You'll Do:- Prep rolls, split cores, perform housekeeping, and identify board grades
- Band materials and operate a roll pusher
- Complete all tasks as assigned by your Department Manager
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven record of safe working techniques
- Steel/composite toe shoes required from Day 1, along with safety glasses and hearing protection
- Gloves required at all times on production floor and in warehouses (per company glove policy)
- Bump cap per company policy
- Opportunity for overtime pay
