Location:

Conover, NC Pay Rate: $19.00/hour Shift: 7 PM – 7 AM (12-hour shifts, 4 days on/4 days off rotation)

What You'll Do:

Prep rolls, split cores, perform housekeeping, and identify board grades
Band materials and operate a roll pusher
Complete all tasks as assigned by your Department Manager

What You'll Need:

Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly
Strong attention to detail
Proven record of safe working techniques

Safety First!

Steel/composite toe shoes required from Day 1, along with safety glasses and hearing protection
Gloves required at all times on production floor and in warehouses (per company glove policy)
Bump cap per company policy
