* Job Summary:

** Greet guests/members and successfully take food and beverage orders. Food is made to order; no cooking is involved. Must be able to assemble food items in a neat, creative way that is appetizing and take orders to the guests/members. Frequently check on guests/members to ensure they are satisfied. You will always need to have clear communication with front desk coordinators and concierges.

You will be responsible for tracking orders, inputting proper orders and cleaning your work area frequently.

* Successfully take food and beverage orders
* Know all menu items and basic ingredients that may be relevant to food allergies.
* Must be able to assemble food in a neat way
* Carry tray of food and beverage out to guests/ members.
* Clear communication with all Spa staff is vital to everyone
* Check in with guests/ members frequently to ensure satisfaction.
* Successfully upsell menu items
* Track orders and take payment from guests/members
* Help each guest/member as needed, such as providing water, clearing trash, or providing answers to questions.
* Always smile and be friendly, helpful, courteous, and professional to all members, guests, and coworkers.
* Always maintain a neat and professional demeanor.
* Apply to all aspects of daily operating routine, the company values of Rock Barn CC and Spa.
* Always show commitment to and demonstration of our corporate culture, vision, values, and goals.
* Complete in-house orientation program, which includes policies and procedures as per the manual and employee handbook.
* Participate in all spa activities, including staff meetings, educational events, workshops and promotions.
* Keep all areas neat and tidy and free of trash.
* Assist co-workers as needed.
* Maintain a working knowledge of spa menu items and ingredients.
* Experienced in making drinks and serving responsibly
* Assisting in end of month inventory (bar)
** Job Specifications
*** High school diploma or equivalent;
Spa or hospitality experience is a plus.
* Must have the ability to get along with others.
* Must possess exemplary personal skills and be well organized.
* Must be detailed oriented, able to follow directions and be able to achieve employee and department goals.
* Must be able to work with minimal direct supervision.
* Must be punctual and prepared for each day.
* Must be highly customer service oriented.
* Must be flexible with schedule, mornings, nights,
