Ace Hardware has been serving neighbors throughout America for nearly 100 years. • Report to customers’ homes on time and arrive with the general knowledge of the work to be done.
• Educate customers on system use, maintenance tips and techniques for damage prevention; provide insight and professional suggestions for optimizing system function.
• Perform routine maintenance such as replenishing refrigerants and replacing filters.
• Utilize several types of tools, including electrical hand-tools, saws, drills, vacuums, and refrigerant gauges.
• Determine service requirements by applying technical skills and experience, including system operations and preventive maintenance experience.
• Complete all work processes while maintaining safe working conditions and personal safety.
• Maintain accurate logs of all work performed.
• Ensure our reputation for superior service is maintained during all interactions with customers.
• Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned / required.

• Minimum 1 year of HVAC experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC industry best practices and building codes.
• Valid Driver’s License and Clean MVR.

• Physically able to work on HVAC units - Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
• Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, or climbing ladders.
• Ability to work outside; exposed to heat and cold.
• Ability to hear and speak to exchange information.
