HVAC Maintenance Technician

Compensation

$18.00 per hour.

We are hiring HVAC technicians to provide high‑quality service and support to our customers. The role involves traveling to customer homes, performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring customers are educated on system use.

• Report to customers’ homes on time and prepared for the work.
• Educate customers on system use, maintenance tips, and damage prevention.
• Perform routine maintenance such as replenishing refrigerants and replacing filters.
• Utilize electrical hand‑tools, saws, drills, vacuums, and refrigerant gauges.
• Determine service requirements through technical knowledge of system operations and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain safe working conditions and adhere to personal safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate logs of all work performed.
• Ensure superior service reputation is upheld during all customer interactions.
• Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned.

• Minimum 1 year of HVAC experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC industry best practices and building codes.
• Valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record.

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand, kneel, crawl, or climb ladders for prolonged periods.
