LEDIC Realty Management / Envolve is seeking a Full Time Maintenance Technician for Fern Hill Apartments in Conover, NC. The technician will perform repairs, troubleshoot systems, and conduct preventative maintenance on various apartment equipment.
Essential duties include inspecting HVAC and plumbing systems, being available for emergency calls, and ensuring all maintenance tasks meet standards. The candidate should have two years of maintenance experience and/or relevant certifications.
