Residential HVAC Field Service Specialist

Role Snapshot Deliver an exceptional customer experience through accurate service and clear, respectful communication.

Maintain, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential systems: traditional forced-air, steam and hot water (hydronic), oil-fired equipment, high-velocity systems, ductless mini-splits, and more.

Use specialized diagnostic tools to resolve airflow balancing issues and fuel, refrigerant, and electrical challenges.

Document work thoroughly and manage required truck inventory to support consistent, flat-rate repairs.

Educate homeowners on upgrades that improve comfort, energy efficiency, and safety.

Mentor junior technicians and contribute to their development.

Adhere to service department processes, systems, and administrative standards.

What You Bring3+ years of HVAC experience with strong knowledge of industry best practices and building codes.

EPA Universal Certification.

Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR.High personal standards—excellence and integrity guide your work.

A growth mindset; you seek continuous improvement and perform well under pressure.

Team-first attitude, reliability, and consistency.

Physical Requirements Lift up to 50 pounds.

Comfort with standing, kneeling, crawling, and climbing ladders for extended periods.

Work outdoors in both heat and cold.
