HVAC Service Technician

Compensation: $25.00 per hour plus commission.

• Deliver exceptional and efficient residential HVAC service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of residential equipment, including forced‑air, steam, hot‑water, oil, ductless, and other systems.
• Use specialized diagnostic tools to balance airflow, fuel, refrigerant, and electrical systems.
• Maintain accurate logs of all work performed and manage truck inventory for flat‑rate repairs.
• Educate and advise customers on improvements that enhance comfort, efficiency, or safety.
• Support the development of junior service technicians by sharing knowledge and experience.
• Adhere to all company systems, procedures, and administrative requirements within the service department.

• Minimum 3years HVAC experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC industry best practices and building codes.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record.
• Demonstrates high standards of workmanship, integrity, and continuous improvement.

• Physically able to lift 50pounds and perform repetitive tasks.
• Prolonged standing, kneeling, crawling, and ladder climbing.
• Work outdoors in heat and cold conditions.
• Clear hearing and ability to communicate verbally.
