Shipping & Receiving Specialist

Starting Pay: $16.00 - $18.00/hour

- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
- Organize, label, and stock incoming materials and inventory
- Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments
- Perform inventory counts and assist with inventory accuracy
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed - Coordinate with Purchasing and Accounting to resolve shipment discrepancies
- Maintain shipping supplies and communicate inventory needs
- Keep warehouse, inventory, and shipping areas clean and organized
- Assist with light manufacturing and packaging duties when needed
- Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred
- Forklift experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Team-oriented attitude with a commitment to quality and safety
