We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Office Administrator (English/Spanish) to support daily office operations and executive-level management. This position requires the ability to manage a high volume of tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain strong communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a high volume of work and discern what is immediate from what can wait.
- Provide executive-level support, including calendar management and coordination of internal and external meetings.
- Maintain and update CRM systems (Salesforce or similar platform).
- Oversee email marketing campaigns and automation tools (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.).
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting, presentations, and correspondence.
- Work closely with high-level executives and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure smooth daily office operations with a professional, friendly, and upbeat demeanor.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- High School Diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.
