Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Enter, update, and maintain data in internal databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems.
- Analyze large data sets and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Review documents for accuracy and completeness before data input.
- Verify and correct data discrepancies.
- Generate detailed reports and dashboards for management using Excel.
- Maintain confidential information in compliance with company policies.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files.
- Communicate with internal departments to clarify incomplete or incorrect information.
- Meet daily and weekly productivity goals.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required).
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
