Manuel Builders is looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Bilingual Customer Experience Associate to be the face of our office and support key operational processes behind the scenes.

In this role, you will:

• Greet visitors and answer calls in English & Spanish
• Keep our office running smoothly and professionally
• Manage permitting and site evaluation processes
• Support sales leads, customer events, and scheduling
• Assist with home handoff and closing coordination

Ideal candidate is:

• Fluent in English & Spanish
• Detail-oriented and great with people
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks
• Experienced in admin/office support (construction or real estate a plus!)

Requirements

Bilingual:
Fluent in English and Spanish (Written and Verbal) is required.

Experience:

Previous experience in office administration, permitting, or a professional receptionist role preferred.

Skills:
