Clerk II - WIC Lone Star

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent and one year related experience.

Job Summary:

To perform a variety of responsible clerical tasks utilizing knowledge of office systems and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.

Job Duties:

* Performs varied and complex clerical tasks.

* Photocopies materials and compiles as needed.

* Distributes materials internally or to other departments which may require walking across campus.

* Makes appointments, screens visitors, and answers the telephone.

* Inputs data for reports, and completes routine office forms.

* Adheres to internal controls established for department.

* Performs related duties as required.

Salary:

Actual salary is commensurate with experience.

Work Schedule:

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
