Description
Manuel Builders is looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Bilingual Customer Experience Associate to be the face of our office and support key operational processes behind the scenes.
In this role, you will:- Greet visitors and answer calls in English & Spanish
- Keep our office running smoothly and professionally
- Manage permitting and site evaluation processes
- Support sales leads, customer events, and scheduling
- Assist with home handoff and closing coordination
- Fluent in English & Spanish
- Detail-oriented and great with people
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks
- Experienced in admin/office support (construction or real estate a plus!)
- Bilingual:
Fluent in English and Spanish (Written and Verbal) is required. - Experience:
Previous experience in office administration, permitting, or a professional receptionist role preferred. - Skills:
Strong proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital scheduling tools. - Traits:
High level of organization, proactive problem-solving, and a "hospitality-first" mindset.
