Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. Requirements
* At least two years of Assistant Community Manager experience in on-site property management.
* Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
* Must be able to work one Saturday per month.
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Work Days:
Monday - Saturday
Work Hours:
M-F 9:00 am - 6:00 pm;
Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification:
Valid Texas Driver's License.

Rate: $22.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
