Service Administrator
POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team! As a sales administrator you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the service department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties (Most Important to Least Important)
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
- Communicate with customers regarding service updates, quotes, warranty status, and pick up scheduling.
- Submit warranty claims as needed and ensure proper documentation is completed and filed.
- Work closely with the parts department regarding parts needed for service jobs.
- Support the service manager and team in coordinating internal and retail repair orders.
- Reconcile service invoices, ensuring labor and parts are correctly billed.
- Maintain service files and customer records in an organized and accurate manner.
- Any other duties as assigned.
SKILLS
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field is preferred.
