Assistant Clinic Manager

We are seeking an Assistant Clinic Manager in Conroe to work closely with the Clinic Operations Director in managing daily operations, scheduling, EMR management, supplies, onboarding, and providing direct support to staff and clients. This role involves both administrative and direct clinical support duties.

Responsibilities
  • Scheduling & Coverage:
    Support staff and client schedule to ensure optimal coverage and smooth transitions.
  • Logistics & Supplies:
    Organize inventory, distribute supplies, and maintain clinic cleanliness and presentation.
  • Data Integrity:
    Maintain accurate records in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, including patient information and staff timesheets.
  • Talent Onboarding:
    Support onboarding for new hires and coordinate training schedules.
  • Client Onboarding:
    Assist families and clients with initial paperwork and information.
  • Staff Reinforcement:
    Provide operational support, including break coverage and maintain a motivating environment.
  • Clinical Support:
    Cover treatment sessions as needed.
  • Compliance:
    Ensure operations comply with company standards, procedures, and applicable laws.
Qualifications
  • Education:

    High school diploma or equivalent; related healthcare or administrative experience preferred.
  • Experience:

    Supervisory, team lead, or management role experience preferred.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Proficiency with Google Workspace and ability to learn EMR platforms.
  • Communication:
    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with empathy and teamwork focus.
  • Execution:
    Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
  • Adaptability:
    Ability to remain calm, focused, and effective in a fast-paced environment.
  • Growth Mindset:
