- State Farm Agent Team Member.
Our ideal candidate is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our insurance agent in managing daily operations and enhancing productivity. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry, and possess strong customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the insurance agent, including managing schedules, appointments, and communications.
- Perform personal assistant tasks and errands as needed to support the insurance agent and office team members in daily activities.
- Prepare and organize documents for client meetings, presentations, and reports.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service and timely follow-up to enhance client satisfaction.
- Generate comprehensive reports for the office on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to track performance and client interactions.
- Manage office tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- 2-4 years of experience as an executive or administrative assistant, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; preference given to bilingual candidates.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable with CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and team members.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
