Executive Administrative Manager
Location:
Conroe, TX 77304 Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
Monday through Friday Pay: $25–$50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and customer-focused Executive Administrative Manager This position combines executive administrative support, inside sales, inventory management, shipment tracking, accounting assistance, and customer service.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in business, Administration, Accounting, Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- Strong and stable work history.
- Excellent work ethic, dependability, professionalism, and integrity.
- Previous experience in administrative management, inside sales, executive support, or office operations.
- Strong Microsoft Excel, spreadsheet management, and data-entry skills.
- Experience preparing quotes, processing orders, and communicating with customers.
- Knowledge of basic accounting, invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Understanding of inventory management, shipment tracking, and logistics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional references and employment verification may be required.
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives and management.
- Respond to customer calls, emails, inquiries, and quote requests.
- Follow up on sales leads, quotes, orders, and customer requests.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Prepare quotes, purchase orders, invoices, spreadsheets, and reports.
- Process customer orders accurately and provide status updates.
- Track steel inventory, materials, orders, and product movement.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, warehouse staff, and freight companies.
- Assist with billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payment tracking.
- Research and resolve discrepancies involving inventory, pricing, shipments, and invoices.
- Maintain accurate and confidential customer, company, and financial records.
- Perform additional administrative, sales, and operational duties as needed.
- Experience in the steel, metals, manufacturing, industrial, or construction-materials industry.
- Knowledge of steel products, measurements, pricing, and inventory.
- Experience using accounting, inventory, CRM, or ERP software.
- Knowledge of purchasing, freight, logistics, and shipping documentation.
