Job Description

NOW HIRING – BOOKKEEPER

Location:

Kingwood, TX

Pay: $25–$26/hr

Assignment: 3–4 weeks

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM

Requirements

Quick Books Desktop AND Quick Books Online experience is REQUIRED.
Must have experience working with both versions.
Experience transferring data and notes from Quick Books Desktop to Quick Books Online.
Strong bookkeeping and attention to detail.
Must be comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines.

Job Duties

Assist with transferring bookkeeping data and notes from Quick Books Desktop to Quick Books Online.
Review information for accuracy during the transition.
Help organize and maintain financial records.
Perform general bookkeeping tasks as needed.
