As an Express Technician
, you’ll be the backbone of our service lane. This role is all about doing the basics the right way—every time. We’ll give you the training, tools, and support to grow, but we expect pride in your work from day one.
If you’re someone who likes to stay busy, take ownership, and do things correctly (not just quickly), you’ll fit in well here.
What You’ll Do- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and multipoint inspections (MPI) accurately and consistently
- Ensure every vehicle receives a complete and thorough service—no shortcuts
- Conduct MPIs and clearly communicate findings to service advisors
- Check and top off all fluids, inspect filters, tires, brakes, and undercar components
- Identify and flag additional maintenance or repair needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to follow process and complete every step of the service correctly
- Reliability and consistency—your team needs to be able to count on you
- Availability to work Saturdays (this is required)
- Valid driver’s license (manual transmission ability is a plus)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet throughout the day
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
Prior experience as a lube tech or apprentice is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person.
