Operations Manager
The Distribution Center Operations, Sr. Manager will lead a high-impact distribution center operations at Conroe, TX and Houston, TX, employing a data-first, performance-driven approach. The role owns a multi-million‑dollar P&L, drives efficiency in a lean environment, and builds a Continuous Improvement roadmap with measurable outcomes.
Additional Responsibilities- Plan, organize, schedule, forecast, and coordinate work to meet production schedules
- Review and act on production, quality, and operational reporting to maintain high service levels
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director
Core hours are 1st shift; the candidate must be flexible to work across into 2nd shifts as needed.
The ideal candidate is an innovative thinker with a track record of improving processes and reporting, and possesses strong cross‑functional communication skills.
Required Qualifications- Minimum 7 years of leadership experience in a Distribution or Manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with regulatory compliance (FDA, OSHA, DEA).
- Willingness to travel to other DCs as needed.
- Travel required between Conroe Tx/Houston TX facilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or related field.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience with Microsoft Access.
- Proven ability to analyze data and develop strategies based on insights.
- High School Diploma/GED
The typical pay range for this role is $82,940.00 - $. This represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on experience, education, geography and other factors. The position is eligible for bonuses, commissions or short‑term incentive programs, plus equity award programs.
