We’re looking for a highly organized, analytical, and proactive Strategic Planning Coordinator to work directly with our CEO and leadership team in driving strategic initiatives, business planning, and organizational performance.

What You’ll DoAs the Strategic Planning Coordinator, you’ll help transform strategy into execution by supporting planning initiatives, monitoring key projects, and providing leadership with actionable business insights.
Key Responsibilities- Support annual and long-term strategic planning initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and monitor key milestones.
- Track strategic initiatives, risks, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop executive dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking.
- Conduct market, competitive, and business analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Prepare executive presentations, meeting agendas, and meeting minutes.
- Maintain documentation related to strategic initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve planning, reporting, and operational processes.
- Follow up on action items to ensure timely execution across departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Strategic Planning, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of experience in strategic planning, project management, business analysis, operations, or Chief of Staff support.
- Manufacturing or industrial experience is preferred but not required.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent project coordination and organizational skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience with project management software (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar).
- Experience building dashboards and tracking KPIs.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
