What You'll Do
- Help establish and operationalize a centralized Project Management Office
- Build and maintain integrated roadmaps across multiple strategic initiatives
- Track cross-functional dependencies, risks, decisions, action items, and key milestones
- Drive accountability and follow up with stakeholders to ensure commitments stay on track
- Support post-acquisition integration activities, including integration action plans and 100-day plans
- Support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives involving organizational design, role definition, and business process improvement
- Help drive process standardization and improvements across functions
- Support technology evaluation and implementation initiatives
- Provide PMO support for strategic asset management transformation efforts
- Support enterprise AI initiatives and related cross‑functional programs
- Prepare dashboards, status reports, executive presentations, and other program materials
- Coordinate recurring governance meetings and ensure action items are tracked through completion
- Consolidate information from multiple work streams into clear, concise updates for senior leadership
- Identify roadblocks, dependencies, and issues requiring escalation
- Work directly with VP- and Director‑level leaders across the organization
- Partner with Corporate Development, Integration, Finance, Asset Management, Operations, and other functional teams
- Help ensure strategic initiatives continue moving forward even when senior leaders are managing competing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Finance, or a related field
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in management consulting, PMO, program management, business transformation, corporate strategy, business analysis, or a similar environment
- Experience supporting complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Strong preference for candidates with experience helping build or establish PMO processes
- Experience with one or more of the following:
- Organizational transformation
- Business process improvement
- Change management
- Strategic program management
- M&A or post-merger integration
- Corporate transformation
- Technology/ERP/CRM implementation
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and Power Point
- Comfortable working with dashboards, reporting tools, and emerging technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to synthesize complex information into concise updates for senior leadership
Candidates coming from management consulting or Big 4 consulting/advisory environments are particularly encouraged to apply.
Experience with firms such as EY, PwC, Deloitte, KPMG, Accenture
, or comparable consulting organizations is highly relevant, particularly where your work has involved:
- PMO or transformation program execution
- M&A integration
- Organizational or operating model transformation
- Process optimization
- Change management
- Strategic initiative execution
- Executive-level reporting and presentations
Energy or natural gas industry experience is a plus, but consulting, transformation, and PMO experience are more important than direct industry experience.

You are highly organized and detail-oriented, but you're also comfortable operating at a strategic level. You know how to work with senior leaders, ask the right questions, identify what is getting stuck, and keep initiatives moving.
You don't wait for someone to tell you what needs to happen. You hold people accountable - regardless of title - while maintaining strong relationships.

Primarily in-office, Monday–Friday, with flexibility when needed
