Production Manager – Residential Painting (Conroe / North Houston)

True Blue Painting is a fast-growing residential painting company looking for a Production Manager to run jobs from start to finish.
You’ll be responsible for managing schedules, subcontractor crews, job quality, and customer communication.
What You’ll Do:
- Schedule and manage painting projects
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractor crews
- Ensure quality work and daily job site cleanliness
- Communicate with homeowners throughout the job
- Keep projects on time and on budget
What We’re Looking For:
- Organized and reliable
- Strong communication skills
- Experience managing crews or projects (painting/construction preferred)
- Problem-solver who takes ownership
- Valid driver’s license
