Job Responsibilities and Qualifications- B.S. Degree in Engineering
- 7+ years of related experience
- 2+ years’ experience in a project manager role with a contract value of $10M+
- Combination of office and regular site visits
- Must have microtunneling, trenchless, jack and bore, open face or conventional tunneling
- Projects include trenchless/underground construction including heavy construction
- (site-work, roads, bridges, environmental, support of excavation, foundations, piles, sanitary sewers or sewer wastewater treatment plants)
- Proven ability to meet deadlines with excellent initiative and follow through
- Responsible for site safety and reporting, ensure OSHA standards are followed and training
- Process change orders, estimates and submissions for payments
- Accurately report payroll and equipment needs, maintain petty cash, forecasting and scheduling
- Supervise and plan, maintain records and ensure the overall project quality and profitability
