Personal Brand Producer

An aviation entrepreneur is hiring a producer to run his entire personal brand content operation across Linked In, You Tube, Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, and a weekly newsletter. This is a hands‑on role. You'll shadow him during the work week, capture in the moment, write, edit, and publish. You own the calendar end‑to‑end and bring in contractors for the heavy lifts.

The schedule flexes with his calendar, and occasional travel is part of the role.

Conroe, TX | Full‑Time | On‑site

• Shadow capture during work weeks — voice, video, behind‑the‑scenes moments
• Draft Linked In posts and a weekly newsletter
• Edit and publish native short‑form across Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, and You Tube Shorts
• Manage weekly long‑form You Tube production; coordinate with contractors as needed
• Run a monthly batch shoot
• Track performance and adjust

• You've produced for someone else's brand before, not just your own
• You can write — Linked In posts that don't read like AI, copy that earns the scroll
• You can edit short‑form with strong pacing and instinct for what holds attention
• You're comfortable working in close proximity to one person all day, low‑ego and attentive
• You can sustain a high cadence without dropping quality
• You're based in or willing to relocate to Conroe, TX
