AtWork Conroe is seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Call Center Customer Service Representative with a reputable client. This role is responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while delivering exceptional service and resolving customer inquiries efficiently.

• Answer high‑volume inbound calls and make outbound follow‑up calls as needed.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, billing, and account information.
• Accurately document all customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Resolve complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Process orders, returns, and service requests.
• Meet or exceed call center performance metrics (call volume, response time, customer satisfaction).
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Professional and customer‑focused attitude.
