This Part‑Time Teller position is located in Conroe, TX.

• Deliver a unique customer experience focused on improving customer financial wellbeing, building loyalty, and increasing share of wallet.
• Process a variety of customer interactions and educate customers on available financial options.
• Identify banking opportunities during conversations, making appropriate referrals to branch staff.
• Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and promote PNC products.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, ensuring teller and branch operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.

• Customer Focused:
  Use knowledge of PNC values to align customer needs and satisfaction in all business decisions, creating customized solutions.
• Managing Risk:
  Assess and manage risks associated with business objectives, supporting PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role. The following areas are required or preferred:

Roles at this level generally do not require a university or college degree. Prior experience is not required. In lieu of a degree, a combination of education, job‑specific certifications, and experience—including military service—may be considered.
