Our Customer Service Representative role is critical to delivering strong business performance, an exceptional customer experience, and a high-performing team environment. You will contribute to sales, operations, and team success while ensuring the site operates efficiently, safely, and consistently.

• Support daily operations, customer experience, and site performance
• Drive sales performance and promote Unlimited Wash Club memberships
• Maintain site standards including cleanliness, safety, and efficiency
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations
• Resolve customer concerns and support retention
• Follow company policies, procedures, and operational standards

The pay range listed represents the anticipated compensation for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors including experience, skills, location, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for incentive compensation and benefits in addition to base pay.
