Aggregate Water Services is looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Conroe, TX! In this role, you'll be the voice of our company — helping customers navigate their water service needs with professionalism and care. • Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding water services and accounts
• Process service requests, billing inquiries, and account updates accurately and efficiently
• Troubleshoot customer concerns and elevate complex issues to the appropriate department
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system
• Coordinate with field technicians and operations teams to schedule service appointments
• Educate customers on available services, billing cycles, and company policies
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus
• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in utilities, water services, or a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, etc.)
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a high-volume environment
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
