Position OverviewWe are seeking a Full‑Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) who is passionate about working with children and delivering exceptional patient care. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, positive, and team‑oriented pediatric dental environment.

Key Responsibilities- Provide preventive dental care, including prophylaxis, fluoride treatments, and sealants
- Perform dental cleanings for infants, children, and adolescents
- Take and interpret dental radiographs in accordance with Texas regulations
- Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene, nutrition, and preventive care
- Support behavior management techniques to ensure a positive patient experience
- Assist the doctor with exams and pediatric procedures as needed
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
- Follow infection control protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (including lactation consultants and therapists) to support whole‑child health
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in the State of Texas
- Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Certification to administer local anesthesia (preferred or required based on practice scope)
- Nitrous oxide monitoring certification (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of pediatric dental procedures and behavior management techniques
- Familiarity with Dentrix or similar dental software (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills with both children and parents
- A compassionate, patient‑focused approach with a positive attitude
