Minimum Qualifications- Front desk dental experience in the past 2 years; pediatric experience preferred.
- Live within a 30‑minute drive to the office.
- Can arrive by 7:45 and stay until 5; can work 10‑3 on most Fridays; some Friday flexibility offered.
- Not planning on moving soon.
- Presentable and professional at the front desk.
- Highest level of integrity.
- Friendly to patients and parents.
- Enjoy fun at work.
We follow the Disney Uniform Policy: professional attire, no excessive visible tattoos, no smoking, no facial piercings.
Responsibilities- Greet patients; manage dental codes, billing, word processing, treatment planning.
- Patient scheduling, registration, and insurance processing with a smile.
- Support the dental team by coordinating communication and workflow.
- Follow and help improve office policies and procedures to enhance patient care.
- Assist in billing and financial reporting.
- Foster strong relationships with patients and their families to ensure a positive experience.
- Help with community outreach programs and events to promote oral health awareness.
- Previous experience in a dental office.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Passion for pediatric dentistry and creating a positive environment for children.
