Elementary School, Teacher Assistant/ Paraprofessional
At Quest Collegiate Academy, we are designed to support students through a blended‑learning educational experience with an end goal of creating responsible, goal‑oriented students who are focused on academic success. Our program includes a mix of direct teaching, small groups, one‑on‑one teacher and student interactions, with a focus on teacher‑led and data‑driven academics. In Kindergarten through 2nd grade students learn in a traditional classroom with teachers guiding the instructional process.
Students in 3rd through 12th grade learn in a personalized, blended learning environment where they progress independently in their studies with the teacher being their guide.
We are looking for educators who are passionate about empowering students by helping them recognize that they have the capacity to utilize knowledge and technology to earn a diploma and take what they have learned to succeed in life pursuits. You will engage with students to change lives, respect the learner and impact not only their lives but the next generation of leadership, a moral and intelligent base for family, community and social interaction.
