Planner/Scheduler
The Planner/Scheduler is responsible for developing accurate job plans, coordinating third-party resources, and building fully logic-tied Primavera P6 schedules that support safe, efficient, and predictable maintenance and turnaround execution. This role ensures all work is planned, resourced, sequenced, and communicated with precision, using SAP and P6 as core tools. The duties are performed under general supervision in Conroe, TX.
Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Maintenance & Turnaround Planning
- Build, maintain, and update detailed P6 schedules for turnaround events.
- Third-Party Contractor Management
- Safety & Compliance
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Degree in Construction Science, Building Science or advanced coursework is preferred.
Experience:
Requires 7+ years of relevant industrial experience in planning, scheduling, cost control and estimating.
