Civil Designer​/Drafter

This individual will primarily be responsible for designing and producing civil plan sets for residential land development and/or commercial site development projects. This also includes implementing and managing AutoCAD drafting and plan preparation standards.

• Ability to design in AutoCAD Civil 3D design package.
• High level of proficiency with cut/fill balance grading design in Civil 3D.
• Ability to lead plan preparation from the acquisition of survey data through final design.
• Ability to set up and manage AutoCAD drafting and plan preparation standards.
• Ability to set up and manage printing/plotting settings.
• Willingness to mentor and teach others.
• Ability to design using pipe networks for storm and sanitary sewer design.
• Ability to design water distribution systems using pressure networks.
• Ability to design roadway systems using Corridors within AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Ability to create and label plans and profiles.
• Detail-oriented, professional attitude, good communication, team player, self-starter.
