Technical Overview
Owns the technical health and reliability of released products by resolving field and manufacturing issues through root cause analysis and design improvements. Manages the full product lifecycle, including structural redesigns, change management (ECR/ECO), and cross-functional coordination between engineering and production.
RequirementsRequires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in heavy equipment or industrial machinery design. Proficiency in Solid Works, AutoCAD, and structural analysis is essential, with a strong preference for experience with drilling equipment.
