• Blends delicious tasting smoothies.
• Ensures Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience.
• Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Performs store checklist tasks.
• Shows up on time and ready to work.
• Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King.
• Making custom‑blended smoothies the “Smoothie King Way”.
• Friendly upselling of our nutritional supplements and vitamins.
• Providing guests with information regarding our products.
• Providing the best total experience in the business.

• Able to connect and communicate with guests, team members, with a “guest comes first” attitude.
• At least sixteen (16) years of age or older.
• Experience in a fast‑food environment preferred, but not necessary.
• Able to work shifts as early as 6 a.m. and on weekends.
• Energetic and dynamic individuals excited about health and fitness.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Food Service experience preferred but not required.
• Commission Sales experience helpful.
• Ability to think outside the box to satisfy our guests.
• Genuine care and understanding for people's needs.
• Prior retail sales experience in the Nutrition/Fitness Industry is a PLUS!
• Reliable Transportation.
