Senior Middle Market Lender

We are currently working with a Texas based bank that is looking to add a Senior Middle Market Lender to their team.

• Develop and manage commercial banking relationships by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships
• Independently generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship-building activities
• Promote and cross-sell the Bank’s lending, deposit, cash management, and treasury management products and services
• Analyze client financial information, assess credit risk, and structure commercial loan solutions in partnership with Credit Analyst
• Manage the loan process from application through approval, closing, and ongoing portfolio monitoring
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing responsive service, guidance, and support for banking needs
• Maintain accurate client records, process renewals and servicing requests, and monitor past-due accounts and exceptions
• Stay current on banking products, lending policies, regulatory requirements, and market trends to effectively advise clients and support portfolio growth

• 2–4 years of commercial lending experience
• Knowledge of cash management and treasury management products preferred
• Previous sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field preferred
