• Provide personal care and assistance with ADLs
• Support safe mobility and transfers

• Maintain consistent attendance and reliability

• Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience (CNA preferred)
• Reliable personal transportation
• Backup transportation plan
• Full childcare coverage during scheduled work hours
• Weekend availability for team rotation
• Commitment to assigned shifts
