Enjoying a retirement benefit you dont pay for Sharing directly in the success you help create every day Qualifications Minimum of 18 years old Completed High School or earned Equivalency Diploma Successful completion of a formal certification training program or a written skills test and competency evaluation

Minimum of six 6 months work experience in a direct care setting

Current CPR certification required

Have dependable transportation current drivers license and auto insurance

Job duties Provide patients with personal care and homemaking assistance in accordance with state and federal regulations

Serve as an active member of the interdisciplinary care team Communicate and follow up with supervisors and coworkers regarding patient needs care and concerns

Foster positive relationships with patients families and facility staff
