Compensation and Bonus Structure- Total compensation from $84,500 to $119,000 annually. Opportunity to earn additional bonuses based on center size, mentorship of RBTs, and supervision of trainees.
- Competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long‑term ownership potential.
- Sign‑on bonus up to $10,000 based on start date and location.
- Monthly performance bonuses (uncapped), mentorship bonuses for supervising an RBT pursuing a Master’s, certification bonuses, relocation package.
- Up to 3 remote workdays per month and up to 16 assessment‑related remote days per year.
- Schedule:
Monday–Friday daytime hours. - Almost 30 days off in Year One (holidays, PTO, CEU days, flex days).
- Manageable caseload of up to 8 children.
- No non‑compete clauses.
- Center leadership progression: BCBA → Sr. BCBA → Assistant Clinical Director → Clinical Director → Sr. Clinical Director → Group Clinical Director → Regional Clinical Director.
- Training & development: participation in evidence‑based ABA training programs.
- Research & innovation opportunities with the Action Institute.
- Continuing education: minimum 10 free CEUs per year in house; additional funds for external courses; 2 paid days off for CEU events.
